Creatopia: from a concept to a booked, on-air media hub.
Creatopia came to us with an idea and a space. We scoped it, ran the roadmap, and built the site to their specs, studio booking, a live-stream module, and a production archive.

An idea for a media hub, and no site to prove it existed.
Creatopia had a Houston space built for film, podcast, commercial, and live production, and a clear idea of the hub it wanted to be, but nothing online to book against or point people to. They needed a site that did more than describe the space: it had to take bookings, show what was live, and keep a running record of everything produced there.
Three systems, built to their specs.

Studio booking
A booking flow for Creatopia’s film, podcast, and live-production studios, so creators and brands can reserve time directly from the site.

Live-stream module
An on-air / off-air module that surfaces live productions when they’re streaming and steps back when they’re not.

Production archive
A production archive that pulls from Creatopia’s YouTube catalog, so past shows stay browsable and current without manual upkeep.
We owned the roadmap, not just the code.
We took Creatopia’s concept and turned it into a scoped build: what the site had to do at launch, which pieces mattered most, and how the studio booking, live-stream, and archive would fit together. We ran the roadmap and made the technical calls, and kept Creatopia in the loop on the decisions that were theirs to make.
The live-stream and archive were the parts that had to keep working on their own: the site reflects what’s on air without anyone flipping a switch, and the archive stays current from Creatopia’s existing YouTube catalog rather than a second place to maintain.
